Micromanipulator model 6200 with 5 magnetic probes, with MicroZoom optics,
fully tested and ready to go.

This 6200 Analytical Probing Station has the stability and high precision movements
to allow submicron geometrics to be viewed.  The two speed stage controls facilitate
rapid wafer scanning and very precise positioning. .

Up to ten manipulators can be set on the 150 square inch platen.  The platen accepts
both vacuum & magnetic manipulators.  This tool can be raised or lowered in submicron
increments.  The MicroZoom optics with Mitutoyo objectives are still supported.

The model 6200 wafer prober is a flexible analytical system and still supported by the
Micromanipulator Company.
